Getting Started

OpenBoxes gives users the option to enter two pack levels into their shipment for each item. A pack level is a descriptor which can be used to help identify contents within a shipment. This stage of the process also gives users an opportunity to see all of the critical information we’ve entered thus far: items codes and product names, bin locations, lots, expiry information, and quantities. We are now given two new fields (Pack Level 1 and Pack Level 2) where we can enter additional information.

OpenBoxes also gives users the opportunity to split lines for items that are going to be packed across multiple pack levels.
