This setting is global and managed at the product level. Therefore, if a user enables lot and expiry control for a particular product, it will apply to all locations in OpenBoxes. |
To locate the lot and expiry control setting, go to the stock card and click on the ‘Edit Product’ button. Alternatively, selecting ‘Edit Product Details’ from the drop down in the action items menu on the left will also take us there. Both options are shown below.
