Inventory level import

The Inventory Level Import allows you to set max, min, and reorder levels for OB products. Let’s walk through how to fill out the import

1. Hovering over the configuration tab, click “Import Inventory level ”

1. This will reveal the following screen. In the type section, click “Download template” next to “Inventory”.

1. An excel file will download in the lower-left hand corner of your scree

1. Opening the file, you will see several columns:

1. Most of the columns you do NOT have to fill out. We will not review those.

2. The following columns you do have to fill out:

   1. Column B: Product Code

      1. Enter in the OB Code for the product you are setting inventory levels for

   2. Column Q, R, & S: Min, Reorder, and Max Quantities

      1. Enter in the quantities that you want to set for each of the inventory levels. You do not have to have all three entries filled in.

3. After you have complete these sections, following the import process as it occurs in the inventory import process detailed in the previous section.
